the top 1 is off my 2002 thats when they decided to f****k every thing up with them swap a coulpe of bits here and there

Apart from the fairing off your 2002, how many of the bits off ebay have you got in that pic, and are they all pretty close matches to each other?

I am holding my breath that i can't notice the difference when I get these panels.....I spent so much on that bike, I don't want it looking cack

the only bit i got off ebay was the center cowl which was incorect ,as im new to the bikes i thought the yellow was the same from the 99 model to the 2002 ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh no i had to buy the 1 with the rare colour panels ,i got all my stuff to repair the bike off adam castell ,where he stated that they were the pearl lively yellow

oh dear, oh well we all learn. can you not just sell it on and use the proceeds towards a lively yellow one? or have you got one since?

Ebay is a minefield, but I have to say I've got numerous bargains off there, and over 400 positive feedback. Personally I think it's worth a risk now and again..

cant get 1 anywear so im going to wait till i get a seat cowl and a hugger (cheap like dave ) that needs painting and get them all done at the same time ,im off work at the mo after me bike accident so thers no rush i got a couple of months till i will be alowed back on the road

ahhh I see, well your like me then, theres no rush to either
a) repair and respray the rare black SV panel
b) if by chance find a really good condition one on ebay, with the correct decal, to replace said really rare black SV panel!


Maybe we should throw a party for each other when we find them lol

His ain't a curvy thoguh might look a bit out of place on mine as they're quite sharp graphics. Ah well I'll see.
