There is a whole company "tree" with different directors and shareholders associated to different compaines.
Only a few of these companies are listed for administration.

I don't belive this is the last anyone will see of Motrax, in one form or another.

I've seen it before, companies fold, different company restarts. It's one way to run a bussiness. It doesn't make it right but it's done legally.

Excellent news. That'll learn 'em for selling an "Aquaguard" model pair of boots, then telling me, "Oh no sir, these aren't actually sold as waterproof boots, despite the name" when they leaked within 10 minutes of rain. I boycotted them for life after that little incident. I suspect other riders had similar incidents and in the small close-knit world of biking, where word of mouth counts for so much, you cannot stay in business for very long operating like that.
