So are you denying that Hussein used nerve gas against kurdish iraqis?
Its getting pretty tiresome having to do this...... but can you please point out where I wrote that?

Hussein is no angel, but by comparison, the Turks have killed, and still are killing many, many more Kurds than Saddam and his boys ever did.

And the reason this isn't considered genocide? Plainly, because we have a good working relationship with Turkey, with good trade agreements, and a huge military base on the border of the Middle East. So that isn't genocide.

Now talking of the nerve gas that Saddam used - wasn't it mainly British companies that supplied the parts and components for manufacturing said weapons? With governemnt backing?

Of course you are. Nothing wrong with being biased, it simply means you have a strong opinion. Unfortunately the idea of bias has been subject to politically incorrect overtones, suggesting that opinion that isn't favoured by those in power isn't either welcome or socially allowed.

Oh come now, that's pushing the envelope too far

...and while I may not agree with everything he says, akbar does a good job of this.
Indeed he does. But what bike does he ride?

Nah must be a KTM - only KTM's would leave someone so riled up as to post such rubbish as he has been.

Oh sorry Cloggsy...

I thought Akbar made some good points and I agree with a lot of what he said, I would have perhaps posted a "Hello" thread first before entering what was always going to be a heated discussion
