Luckypants were you the one with the dark glasses & Black bandana on your head?
When the guy was interviewed off the Bikesafe course, I'm in the background waving me arms about with the guy in the Fluo jacket. I am also seen stuffing me sarnie in me face....

I am also briefly seen speaking in the Bikesafe lecture. Not heard though, which is just as well cos I think I was having a pop at the Bikesafe ex-copper (the fat bloke that was interviewed, Paul Cheshire) for stating that having a loud can, black visor and small plate meant a rider was a 'boy racer'. I endevoured to put him straight. My bike was parked in N. Wales Police HQ car park with said items fitted and my black visor was with me if it brightened up.....

What good is a TV program going to do?

Maybe some more "think bike" adverts and more courses available would be nice instead of a biased and unrepresentative veiw of it making us out to be hooligans.

40 a year isn't bad to say how much fun it is and how close a lot of bikers push the edges.

I think you will find that the statistics bear out that most motorcycle accidents are single vehicle AFAIK Can't argue with statistics.

Nearly as unbiased and representative as their documentary on the BNP.

Some carefully reasoned arguments there from an experienced biker. If you do come to Wales, please try not to scare the sheep.

AFAIK it's true: male, 25-40, sports bike, rider error on a rural road.

No I'm not happy about that at all, its the way the program was portraying the people that have died that peed me off..
Look back at my very early comments in first pages of this thread and you may get more insight to an angry outburst like the one i just showed

I hope you've told your family not to mourn you if the worst should happen - but that you were doing something you love to the bet of your ability.
