I've just run through it quickly and it just seems to be an extended version of 2girls1cup (or 2girls1finger, whichever floats your boat) - nothing I haven't seen before.

I can't help but think those poor girls are being exploited, and the smell was probably quite horrendous, but c'mon fellas, the only reaction that's going to get after an hour and a bit is sheer boredom. Must do better!
