Re: The running thread.
Out this morning with Mabel and a friend who is getting into trail running. Just under 4 miles of woodland, fields, and hills. A lovely run with a few climbs to make us grunt a bit!
I'm not sure what happened with my recorded pace though. I suspect I forgot to pause the Garmin while waiting in town for my mate, and jogging on the spot to stay warm. Mabel is now in recovery mode. Low res picture, sorry. |

Re: The running thread.
A short, morning trot around a local 3.5 mile loop with Mabel, and a friend. The ground is starting to dry out a bit now, but it was cold and drizzly out there. Legs were a bit leaden this morning!

Re: The running thread.
Out for a lovely, early morning run with Mabel this morning. Just under four miles of gorgeous, frosty trails. I saw not another soul all the way round until I was nearly back, so had the trails all to myself. Just the way I like it at that time of the day!

A slow, 2.6 mile jog around Penygorddyn, above Pontrobert, with Mabel, and a friend who's not run for 18 months.

Re: The running thread.
Back out again this morning with my friend Karen and her husky, Max. A gentle run again as she's not run for a few months.
A lovely run of just a gnat's under 4 miles with hills and a mad, steep descent near the end. Great fun. |

Re: The running thread.
Out again this morning, a bit later than usual. Excellent 4 mile run with Mabel and a fellow canicross runner. Very cold at the start but we soon warmed up on all those hills!

Re: The running thread.
Out for a 3.5 mile morning run with Mabel. We were attacked by a loose dog on the way round. The owner appeared to have no control over the bloody creature. The rest of the run was good, thankfully.

Re: The running thread.
Out for an early morning 3.1 mile run with Mabel and a friend with her dog this morning. Unexpectedly chilly start, but we were warmer by the end.
