After weeks of decorating or working I finally had day free to indulge myself, so I went for a walk around Shrewsbury. I also wanted to play with a new HDR plugin for PSE called Photomatix. Here are some of the results

Library 1&2 look more natural. Its easy to overdo HDR.

I agree. I wouldn't use it much but as it was a free plugin....
The plugin gives you at least a dozen thumbnails of various strengths and you can choose the effect you want. Even then you can tweak via sliders.
