Good to see you all today - would have been a great drive except for that bloody great yellow triumph in the way all morning

Made it home just before the light faded with a boot full of washing powder and a drowsy child in the passenger seat.

Thanks for having me along - an unexpected treat on a significant day.

Dan - at least you dinb't drop it anywhere public!

I would just like to say a massive Thank You to everyone for turning up and making the day what it was.
We had a huge array of bikes. Triumphs, gixxers, Kwaks, a MGF! and even a blardy Fazer of all things.

It was cold, it was snowing, but the sun came out and everyone enjoyed themselves i hope, and thats waht its all about.

I declare the 1st SELKent rideout of 2006 a success. The only way is up

Have fun, sounds like Debs is going to keep you warm with her mobile coffe shop (that is such a civilised idea!).

I'll catch up with you on the next one.

.
A likely story.
Er no, just got down from putting the radiator on.....

Looks like fun was had by all...

Dan, best bit of advise I can offer is

Don't do that heavy aren't they, still glad you're OK.

Right here it comes,

Start of the day, a bit of snow, well nothing new there then, well not for the Selkent rideout anyway

James was with up for the first part, but had to get back so wasn't in any of the photos.

(be warned 58 pics)

Our very own illustrious leader for the day.

Nice lights, (no wait that’s just like a Speed triple, Aah that’s why they are so good)

Here come some more.

BBC, cold but happy, Joes new toy following.

Watch out Jambo that bus will have you next bend

More of the same (all gets a little blurry now)

In the Café for the first brew, Dan just got the teas in, good man

Just parking it for a while.

Si in a world of his own (just a bit slower than everyone else, well he was on a Fazer)

Outside the café, the bikes lined up.

Don’t know who’s the cb250 was, but he never passed me?

Jambo try’s to get some handling to rub off by parking between a couple of triples

So the SV fits between Cruiser and tourer? OK if you say so

Oh look a fazery thingy

Arh, now that’s better

BBC’s Blue baby & Vinyl’s "you've been Tango'd" thingy

Can’t remember who’s black pointy?

Joe’s TLR

People pile out are a brew

Doug praying it doesn’t rain (well he has got a GXSR)

Obligatory training school are out.

Matt makes an entrance

Look the women’s cold OK

Make up your own caption on this one (answers on a postcard)

At it again

How close was that

Think that’s Jordan’s SV, Joe’s TLR & Tim’s Daytona

Time for another Brew and fag break.

Ben’s going to have problems if he turns right there?

Dan going for the “most space taken to park” award.

The rest come rolling in

That’s the lot

Get em parked Boys.

Nearly there,

Not more?

Come on, I want my brew (Matt burns a fivers worth of rubber to park, well you have to don't you )

Will it ever end?

Tea time at Hastings (BBC hiding in a corner )
Doug can’t believe he came out on such a cold day .

More tea vicar?

That women keeps looking at me

Tim (best kept in shadow I think)

Our efforts to drain the first petrol station we come to of juice

“Normal” people keep their distance, and let’s face it, who can blame them

Vinyl playing with his bits

A moment’s relief from the blazing sun (yeah right)

Eyes in the dark

The last lay by before splitting up for home.

Fag, warm the hands, not been a bad day at all.

Doug was kind, he brought the Gsxr, (well we would have been blown away had he turned up on the XJ).

Dan’s “iron horse”

OK, any one seen the rest of the SV’s?

I wound it up to bla, bla, bla, did you see, bla, bla, bla, you know how bikers are

Ben contacting Thunderbird control to find out his next mission, whilst Dan tries to work out who’s changed his lights, engine, frame, body work?

Doug checks out the traffic looking through Tim’s ears?

He gives up, just can’t get it into focus

Si just about to breathe fire to warm Ben up (or is that just hot air ).

Matt finally makes the lay by (well all that plastic slows him down)

And finally, our guardian angel for the day, caught in a heavenly light, Debs stayed with us all the way down, thanks luv.

I hope you had as good a time as I did, see you at the next one.

Cheers Mark.
