Well unfortunately that the problem with a bike. The photo shows whos riding and they know it was a bloke. Don't think they will accept it was me and probably take it to court - can't risk that!

I use all three if I can. Used to go on a riding bike for half an hour, then do half an hour on a rowing machine before some free weights... But, can't be arsed to go to the gym I am a member of, so I just use the cross-trainer in the garage for an hour then do some sit-ups and press ups.

Then I usually collapse cause I am so unfit right now...
