Well they have got an engine for me £300, in good condition only 10k miles on from 02 curvy, and a ton to fit it so £400 repair bill its looking. Engine is cheap cause its a friend of gaffas whos selling it. Now just gotta find £400 lol. Donations accepted

though since the front head and piston are both probably buggered and there was no oil in it, so the cranks probably mashed too.

I might be interested if its cheap, and we can figure a way to get it to yorkshire

Aye, even a knackered motor still has some value, if nothing else you could use the cams in your own engine for a wee power boost if you want (or are you restricted?) but the clutch, casings, cams, etc can all sell for enough to justify the hassle. But they might be expecting it as part of the deal, maybe.
