Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?
My bank have now added an extra A4 page to all their correspondences with me to inform me of their commitment to sustainability, and how they will now send a single letter with all my correspondence rather than multiple letters at the same time. I still get my credit card and bank account statement two days apart, both containing this new extra page. So that's two extra pages per month, and these people are responsible for my money...

Responsible and money's two words that don't sit well with a bank.

Sustainability is too often just a sales pitch

Gripe of the day - What is yours?
Rather like WHSmith charging 1p for a bag because they care about the environment, but then using a whole big roll for the till receipt.

Hardly a cold Geo, a proper viral infection more like. Colds only last 2 - 3 days at most.
