Well I have to admit that the devilishly cunning punch line to which I was heading was unfortunately compromised several pages back by an unwitting contributor. That person and one other member know this to be true.

And so unfortunately this thread like my normal relationships with women could only flounder on to a somewhat dissapointing conclusion. A little like the large Roman Candle firework which is taken from it's box amid great anticipation only for it to fizzle out instead of reaching the magnificent and impressive clim+x.

At least I am not alone in this as I believe falling short of a lady's expectations is a cross that poor Viney has to carry on a regular basis also. Kindred spirits then.

No it was not the rugby songs that did it.

You see in a rather meandering way, I was leading toward Joseph inviting Natasha to go along to see how he is worshipped by his followers.

The gathering was a place close to the midlands and all(most) attending would arrive by motorcycle to gaze at Marshall(Joseph) in his Technicolour Dream coat!

But alas it was not to be!

Drat and double drat! :P
