Re: The TV Mini Mega thread.
Well that was an eventful ride. 2 bikes down, but more sterling work was done on banishing my strips.
I wrote an essay, but for some reason it didn't post it and i'm too lazy to retype so i will sum up instead. -Met friend in Marlow -Swapped bikes -Less than a mile later stopped at red light and friend does a Tonyk static drop on my bike -R6 drops onto his Bike(GSXR) and both end up on ground with riders rapidly exchanging French profanities -By this stage Marlow is gridlocked -Push bikes off road and assess damage... -R6 2 lightly worn crash bungs and lightly grazed engine casing -GSXR LHS damaged bung/indie/tail section. RHS punctured/cracked lower faring caused by the R6() and broken brake peg I think i know who won. |

Re: The TV Mini Mega thread.
Mark, sorry to hear that. It looks like GSXR's are a bit dodgy to go out with.
Glad to hear that yours isn't damaged too much. |

Though it is almost laughable/cringeable if I spend too long trying to picture two big bikes on their side with 2 leather clad bikers scrambiling to pic up theire bikes and the traffic building up with curious on lookers.... Aleast not too much damage appears to have been done (to yours anyway) |

Re: The TV Mini Mega thread.
Dude! That's lame. Glad the R6 won though! Let me know if you need a hand, er, looking over the damage. I could probably lift some heavy stuff if you needed it. Other than that I'm pretty useless.

Someone else i know reckons they have some R6 bodywork in their garage. Everyone wants to sell me their pap. I will offer a ridiculously low price for my mates mates. Unless i wreck completely i probably won't need a set. <crosses fingers> |
