Re: BP weekend 2022
No we stay at home July- August unless its a festival, (or a quiet site in the hills) but when its this hot prefer to sweat at home.

Re: BP weekend 2022
I'm not sure how long it will take my leathers to dry out as it was indeed a "tad" warm. On the plus side I must have lost a bit weight...
Many, many thanks to Gary for being such a great host, teaching me a bit of the local history, some of the language, and for sharing so many fantastic roads and their scenery. Hugh is not as light and flickable as Gary's venerable Curvy (I still miss mine) but what a fantastic place to explore on two wheels. So many wonderful views and a trip I won't forget for quite a while. Just like Gary, I took hardly any pics, but stopping to take them would have meant getting even hotter than we already were, so stopping was reserved for several quite wonderful ice cream parlours. I'm not one for gushing Trip Advisor-esque reviews but these events are well worth going on, so roll on next year! Thanks again Gary!!
