If Wales is that bad then why live/work there?

As i understand it, there are some good roads but apart from that its England but worse?

It just kinda happened. I got a job there and never left. Hopefully I will do soon though.

Did you go to uni in Cardiff then?

Seems strange to go there for a job otherwise.

Anyway, it's not really Wales that I have the problem with, it's living 150 miles away from Eviltwin that is crap.
