they're from a us company called techspec, very good product for a bike where you need to use your knees to stop you getting wristache or sliding about the seat when braking/accelerating

It was Drew being arty when he put them on the other side match's

I didn't plate up that much food for him Dizzy. I did two bowls then Drew went and did him another saying i hadn't left him enough!

But it was past midnight and he hadn't eaten since a mars bar on the ferry as he would of been getting to ours by 7ish and eating pretty soon as that........ I think thats what he said the plan was anyway!

i also missed breakfast aso hadn't eaten anything since the previous night

nothing quite as pleasant as exiting a&e in the state i was and having hovis say "here you go, we brought you a beer" and having an awesome meal when i got back

He did have a very good go at it all......for such a skinny man he can eat a lot!!! I must admit, TLW was amazingly upbeat and positive over the whole thing......a brilliant trait in my book.

Next time I crash (Yes i said next time to pre-empt anyone else having a dig) I only hope that I am able to act as he did. Testament to you matey.
