Yes mate, I've been doing a lot of irregular running recently so a focus will be great.
Sub-4 is the target, so that would mean shaving a mere 34 minutes off my target. Have a 10k I might do on 17th May, but other than that just going to try and put some base mileage down, only managed 117 in April. How are your legs feeling now Flymo? |

Did you enjoy the day?
Both me and the missus have applied for London next year. I'm hoping to crack 4 hours in Abingdon so that I can enjoy London if we both get in and run at her pace. If I am still running in the later part of 2010, I'm going to do New York. |
