Sounds awful rowdy - hope the outcome is positive. Stress can cause a lot of problems.

Quick update. Replaced the fuse, new battery and the fuel pump relay clicks when the ignition turned on. I took the fuel pump assembly apart and replaced the pump with a Kemso pump. Mate of mine owns a bike shop and recommended these as an alternative to paying £1233 for a new one from Suzuki.
Installed it and still nothing. Just taken it out again and went to local bike shop that tested it. Dead as a dodo

It’s a k3, has a white plug on the end of it. The later ones seem to have a brown plug. I’m going to have to try my luck with a second hand one, but does anyone know if these brown plugs are different or are they same connection, just different colour plug?

I'm not really up on electric fuel pumps as my old 99 is basically vacuum assisted but if you get no joy I'd give a cheapy like this a go,

eBay SV650 Fuel pump,

Or there are YT videos on rebuilding your original that may help,

That is basically what I got, although a slightly more expensive one as that is what I was advised to get.
Stripped and re assembled my fuel pump assembly with it but still nothing, was told by bike shop the whole assembly is probably farked.

Have got a complete second hand unit winging it’s way to me now, so hopefully that will resolve the issue.

It did. Fuel pump arrived earlier on so fitted it and we now have life in the old girl. Needs a bit of fettling, doesn’t like to idle and it’s a bit lumpy so new spark plugs needed, and I had the fork seals replaced and have ridden about 20 miles since they were done and now have fork oil running down the left hand tube

I did my fork seals a while ago and always use 15w fork oil. I use Smith and Allen oils,

https://www.smithandallan.com/produc...k-oil-15w-4114

https://www.smithandallan.com/produc...cycle-oil-4116

I only use ,"All Balls" fork seals on 2nd hand Motorcycles. I've never had one fail yet. They have an extra seal skirt to help prevent leaks.

All Balls Fork seals eBay

and this should be useful as I do my own,

and for the plugs,
