Yes thats a TL, with a TL front, though the back sub-frame and plastics is off something else, probably a pointy. Remember its great for someone who might have lost a leg or something.

Hey, I was looking for an excuse not to do my car lessons!!! Now I've found it. i quite like that fer a trike, you wouldn't need a car license would you. Could get kid on the back to school..........
