I'm on an NC forum and many folk there like the Tutoro, cheap and simple and seems to be reliable. They use the auto versions generally.
FWIW I fitted a PD Oiler to my NC, it uses a timed electrical solenoid valve to deliver a drop of oil. Advantages are that being effectively a positive displacement device it isn't sensitive to oil viscosity, i.e. oil type or temperature. I have the controller under the seat but you could easily fit it in a fairing etc so be able to adjust on the move (motorway, rain etc). It's more expensive than the Tutoro and it needs an electrical connection.
