Thanks Northy and everyone else who organised it.
Without the riders though there wouldn't have been a ride-out, so THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR COMING ALONG! Quite an undertaking for many folk. See you again next year! |

For anyone who may have been wondering the massive one-finger salute I got outside Ballahulish was in good humour and just because Carelesschucca didn't think much of my singing voice...

Re: Glencoe massacre - thanks thread
Thanks a bunch to all you Ecosse lot for a fantastic week end. You're such a warm and friendly bunch.
Really sorry I couldn't stay on for the Sunday ride. I was going to, but after a certain phone call, I had to head back home. I loved the roads so much, I'm even thinking of moving to Scotland. |

Re: Glencoe massacre - thanks thread
Thanks to everyone who came! It made it a great, great weekend, I loved it- worth every bit of work and preperation. A great bunch of people to ride with, get drunk with or get midge-bitten with...
I owe a big thanks to Carelesschucca and Stuartyboy for leading the ride- I can't do that myself so I kind of forced CC into the orange bib Also to Ralph and Kilted Ginger for the food (lots of people told me well done for sorting out the lunch at Ballachulish, KG's the man you need to thank), to OYB and Jimmy4237 for being backup vehicles- even if neither was actually used it was great to have the offers. And loads of other people contributed ideas and suggestions or just general enthusiasm and helped the whole thing to actually happen. Apologies- yes, 2 due, to TEC who I was supposed to give a meeting time and to OYB for not realising he was still trying to meet us after his breakdown. Roll on next year!
