Well i bought one that included a step down transformer. Are you wanting just the extension lead itself?

If it is definitely 110v why dont you just change the plug to one of the Yellow 16a eu standard ones then use a std extension lead

I need to be able to plug american appliances into the extensions. Its okay now I've managed to come up with a solution.

I work with Americans and if I remember rightly British yellow transformers are centre tapped and not the same as the transformers we use to go from 240 to 110V. You will need a few transformers and leads for the power a band use? Have you checked if their equipment is dual voltage? Can they bring leads across with them? You may need to find a local American Base and see if you can borrow some equipment from them!
