Takes minutes to setup , load up windows media player and allow the 360 permission to use the library under the sharing tab , and then set it up in the media section of the 360 . The two should talk together and hey presto , watching downloaded fims on your TV for a change instead of a PC screen

also seen some info about upgrading the hard drive yourself using specific western digital drives, if you are feeling brave.
