Increase the Rear shock pre-load.
With the amount of stuff(read cr*p) I took with me to AE07, bike was positively dangerous without the preload adjusted. Remember to put it back to where it was when you get back. Easy to do and you should have the tool to adjust it in your tool kit. The adjuster on the shock is ramped. Putting it on a higher ramp increases the preload. Try going one or two steps up and the try. I think I went two steps up to get an acceptable compromise. Cheers Ben |

Am i correct in saying turning the preload adjuster to the right while facing the adjuster will increase the preload?

Think so aye. But just look at it, whatever direction squashes the spring more is the right way to turn it.
