Also on body position, the best tips that helped me were two things
a) get your ass off the seat before you brake for the corner...this gives you more time to brake, change down and tip in and b) get your head close to where the wing mirror would be. This stops the crossed up position that Wildkid was talking about. If you keep your head central and ass off, you get crossed up, but will get round ok. Didn't hurt Wayne Rainey! But if you get your head over to the wing mirror position and yer ass stays on the seat you will look ridiculous and probably crash Jambo is right you can go faster with less lean that way, this is me with no lean angle and going about 190mph missing the apex by 20 yards at Brands Last edited by The Idle Biker; 14-07-13 at 10:29 PM. |
