biggest difference I noticed when riding.Micron was really soft coming out of corners compared to M4 or Leo.
Leo just works everywhere.

Standard filter, tank raised slightly and one notch richer on needle.

Zombie-thread...

Had this fitted for a while now, runs alright but is very soft in the midrange. Didn't know how soft until I had a go on a stock one the other day. It's likely a practically empty stubby can doesn't help either. With so little packing in the can it really takes off when it hits about 6k.

Time for something else methinks...

Perhaps bump the compression up a bit. Perhaps pod filters.

perhaps putting your standard system back on with the can and put all the jetting back to basics. Then, decide where to go from there. Go from the ground up again instead of trying to make sense of everything that has been swapped and changed???

Don;t know plop I know, but it seems to make more sense to me to start again, than making sense of the muddle of stuff you've changed over the months

Already got BMC filter, which I am probably keeping. Would not run at all with stock jets. Jetting will probably be the same with a different system anyway. I dunno. Be right.

Find another budget UK exhaust, same diameter inlet, you can borrow for a ride and see how that feels.

Got a Micron system on mine, with a standard BMC filter on it. But it needs setting up properly. But I'm happy with it, its better than stock, just for weight loss alone.

Will have some brand new Micron headers going on Evilbay this week, plus a low level link pipe.
