Yup, diet for me too, I'm hitting 16 1/2 stone since christmas. I've decided I don't need a faster bike, just a smaller stomach. If I can get down to 13 1/2 before next xmas I'll be happy (I say that every year, but this year I've gotta do it!).

How much extra performance do you think a three stone weight loss will give an SV?

Been hitting the gym at work heavy for the last four weeks-difference already is unreal-i now fit into my new uniform that i got last year( it was to tight),i'm lifting the heaviest weights on all the machines and have almost got the cardio levels at there top setting. Its coming at a price though-no chocolate, biscuits, carbs after 8pm,no fizzy drinks, all junk food has been cut out-i'm living on a high protein diet, and training 5 days a week and going into work 2hrs early everyday-bit of a bumber when you start at 7am-gonna be worth it though-if your struggling stick a fat pic of you that you hate on the fridge.

I went for a weekend in Ireland, beginning of November, I weighed 14 st. Lost a stone, and even with Christmas, haven't been able to get back over the 13 st mark
I guess I'm alone, wanting to be heavier?!

From my *cough* research, it seems if you drink far far too much for 5 days solid, you lose weight you can't put back on. Good news folks

nope no dieting here. Stuffed myself like the christmas turkey at my parents house yesterday. I can now safely say that after a good nights sleep and giving Im Indoors a dutch oven, my weight remains the same. I am at one with myself and think myself into staying how I want to be. I shall be keeping to the 'see food and eat it' diet
