Yeah we I get around to uploading them, it looks quite bad but the main problem was the twisted frame of the car, along with a fubar cooling system and two tyres wrecked

I assume you got your claim settled minus the excess? I had the same problem with a drunk, unlicensed, uninsured car thief last May and although I got the insurance payout within ten days I've had to resort to the courts to get my excess. The solicitors then managed to serve the papers to the car owners address and not the defendant's...
