Are these the same cos that you're using? If so, I'd be really interested to hear how you get on.

Oh, and I hope you both have a great time!
Doug, Treacle and I went with ATT in Sept last year, totally stonking time. One of the best biking weekends I've had. Will you be doing the Scenic tour or the Trail tour?
Here's a couple of Pic's form our excursion

Nice! I was thinking of the scenic tour, as I haven't ridden off-road before. How did you guys get on doing 2 days in a row BTW? I'm wondering whether I'm gonna ache too much after day 1?!

Not too bad. You will enjoy the scenic and Andy will up the grade or down the grade as required. Trail tour is real fun, and again can be ok for a novice but I would do the scenic if you are a novice. I did 2 days scenic, day off, two days trail before. Survived not too achy as you can poiotle a bit when you feel like it, no pressure. Thats why I like these guys, no big groups and no pressure.
Nasty looking fist sized rocks on that first pic, Swiss.

LOL, yep it was quite a rocky track that one but we managed to get up it.
Fizzy, you'll be fine, quite a few of us did an extra day which we up'd the tempo a little as well as tackling some slightly rougher terrain. I had a few aches but nothing major.
As Dr Rich has already mentioned Andy will taylor the riding to suit and he is an excellent guide, you will have enormous fun.
