Bloody heck, I thought the squidy one hibernated for the winter. Tucked up with a bag of spanners and a broken engine. Has the glorious weather of late woke you up early.

or more likely flooded you out of the garage

Quite, it was a little damp on the way home this afternoon.

How far do you like to go on a ride out? I've got a route that is around 160 miles.

Let me know if that's th kind of distance you're interested in. I think Thor's A Road route will probably be fairly similar.
Yeah. Ride out sounds good. 160 miles??? Sounds close to what I had in mind. Has to be a sunday and good weather though, was out in the wet today, almost lost back tyre!
Have you tried this route:

From Box hill
A25 west to Guildford
Left onto b2126
Right onto b2127
Follow onto b2128
To godalming
a3100 to Milford
A283 south to Chichester
Lunch, then back via A286

Any one else want to join in?

Tis true. Just don't crash, it makes the day much more complicated.

this is one of my favourite routes
some of it is very twisty, some long open corners and one bit is a large straight (130+)
