yeah im pretty happy with the mileage and the condition of the bike. I'm getting it for around £2,300 that sound ok to you guys?. Thanks for the warm welcome folks, i work odd hours as a chef at a restaurant in stonehaven so my time online is limited to afternons and late nights ( a bit nocturnal ).

Welcome to the site Dez youve picked a decent bike to have lots of fun on.

An SV650S was my first real bike and I had it for 5 years

Hope you can make it to some of our rideouts and dont be shy on here if you cant.

hey thanks, i intend to hold onto this bike for acouple of years once i get it and basically learn the extras that lessons just don't teach you then maybe get something bigger once i have a year or two under my belt. I'll try and pop out on a rideout if one is near me sometime just with my work hours being akward i may not manage just have to wait and see .

hello - you've made a great choice for a first bike. I'm sure you'll love it...

if you want to gain experiance, try the IAM. i did it 6months after buying my bike best thing i ever did!!!
