many years ago as a student I used to love candles...as student arty types do. I had one burning on my bedside table. I'd been in the shower and had wet hair. I couldn't find a hairbrush so went to turn the lamp on which was placed next to the candle.





Only I forgot to blow out the candle first, and my hair fell onto said lit candle.......

there was a distinct singed smell in the air. I don't use candles in the boudoir any longer!!!!

i got 2 sisters one in devon and one in milton keynes and i visit both, the one day i set out to visit my sister in devon and whilst in auto pilot drove 90 miles down the M1 instead of the M5 I rang my dad from watford gap services and said how can i get back onto the M5

I've recently been moaning to Phil about how I dont like the Ribena light drink. Whinging that it tastes really weak and I have to put loads in to be able to taste the ribena at all.
Just noticed on the bottle, "Ready to drink"....doh! I'd been diluting it!!!!
