2-piece is virtually as good as a 1-piece IMO, but its a LOT more convenient.

Get a 2-piece, you know it makes sense.
That Wolf kit that Harpers do is bloody good value for money too. I've still got an old-school Wolf jacket I bought in 1980, and it's been crashed dozens of times without holing or seams giving way. |

oh no i didn't either i was just looking downstairs. something I hate when I walk into a shop (due to age i'm assuming and hoping) is they treat me ok, but they assume i want the cheap stuff. He didn't even ask about how much i was looking to spend, just went straight for the RST, which, whilst i'm sure is a very good suit, in my opinion doesn't look quite as good as most of the other most expensive suits on the market. Bit irritating to have him say how good it is, then tell him I'm happy to spend anything up to £600 and for him to look at me as if....why didn't you say so before i told you how good this suit is. Made it hard for him to tell me how good the other suits were.
Anyone had any experiance of rev-it suits? |

they make the Wolf suits there as well so if you talk to the older lady in the shop she'll give you some good options.
I wear 1 piece leathers and prefer them to 2 piece except if I'm walking around for ages and it is hot (which is almost never) or if I need a No.2 and am also wearing my back protector

+1 for 1-Piece, but that's just personal preference.
Harpers are great! I pretty much bought all of my gear from them and always found them very helpful. |

Dave, I don't know if this is of any help to you but I picked up two piece Spyke suit from Blackcat clothing a couple of weeks back in Chelmsford for £200. Same as;
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Spyke-Two-Piec...QQcmdZViewItem As has been said, Harpers is an excellent shop with great deals and really nice staff which is why i've bought loads of clothing from there previously, but I bought the Spyke purely because it was on offer! (Also, the same suit in Harpers was £400 down from £550, so that's a bonus!) |
