To Hawes it was nice and dry. From Ribble head and the rest of the way the weather was fine. Tim just recorded the wet bit... that was ALL the wet bit. Rest was clear as a wistle.

was it only me, but when you had the hay lorry infront of you I kept trying to look around it to see if it was clear for you to over take...?

It was not that bad i second that. Even so i used my waterproof gear a lot

It was fine, I didn't use waterproofs at all and stayed completely dry.

I put the waterproofs on at Hawes and had them off again at Settle. Did get a little bit wet but was dry by Settle. To be honest from Tims footage it does like it was a terrible day but that was just the bit he took. The rest of it was pretty decent weather!

It was a 480 PAL type one from RF concepts http://www.rfconcepts.co.uk/helmet_cameras.htm

The AV in then goes into my camcorder. Looks better before it gets compressed for you tube too.

If you plan to try it out check carefully that your camcorder has video input, mostly all have AV out, not many can use this as an input too.
