I use oxford panniers myself claire, expand to hold what i need nicely.

Wilko's sell it, so do Woolies. We use it under the panniers and the tank bag, which is the luggage we'll be using.

I mentioned the tankbag as I like to have it to lie on when riding distances.

Maybe (if all you need fits) the tailpack would work best - thinking about it further, you can unzip most tailpacks off their mounting pads, and so make it easier to pop in for lunch.

I'll be using a tail pack, don't even know its there.

I have 'wonder web' but in white on a black bike.... so sticks out like sore thumb, I will be getting it colour coded at some point.
