Silverstone is not in gran turismo or tourist trophy.
You can, however, get it in the Toca Race Driver 3 game on the PS2, or the F1 games Matt |

Yep, definately in Toca, though I'm not sure if you get all the layouts. Never been to Silverstone but the Knockhill map was pretty good, it doesn't quite nail the elevation changes but you could still learn which way the corners go.
