Why is stored energy in the cooling system a factor at all, except for an incredibly marginal difference in warm up to proper combustion chamer temperature time. (as there's no coolant flowing through the largest hoses untill the thermostat pops)

Like I said, it was a very confused post
 It could have an impact on cooldown time, as it'd bleed heat back into the cooled coolant as soon as the temp drops. In theory. In practice, I realised I was babbling nonsense just before I hit send  I might fit some of these. A nice black one with just the subtle logo on the right, and colourful ones in the thermostat and left hand so they can peek out. Bit of unneccesary exotica is good for the soul. But not yet.
