oil/chain lube on my carpet!!

sounds good, except I dont think they would let me take my bike! and being at uni meens im living by myself with only the room inspections to answer to! so I hope they dont fine me!!

Kitchen towel + an iron on low heat. It got oil out of my carpet.
You need to be careful though, I also melted the carpet....then moved the furniture. So maybe only try it as a last resort.
