I know exactly how you feel...
I went out with James (Rigor) yesterday and was my first time back on a bike since the ride out to Devil's Dyke last September i think it was, I really didn't enjoy that ride out as it was my first one after my off and also my first one on the GSXR, James and I decided to cut it short and left everyone to after the stop at Devils Dyke. I was as nervous as anything yesterday and lacked all confidence in what i was doing but turned out to be a good ride even if it was just down to Farnham and back. Hoping to get some evening and weekend rides in albeit short ones just to get my confidence back up again... it will be a while before i go on any ride outs as i don't want to feel like i am holding anyone up whilst i am still learning a new bike (well new to me), so for now i will only ride with people i know well and trust. Good luck to getting back on the bike again. I hope each time out gets easier for you... confidence is so hard to get back once its gone. I'm sure you'll do fine ![]() ![]() |

Thats good news Mr C.... despite the pain and the nerves you did it. It took me 2 years to get back on a bike after my off and I wish i`d done it a lot sooner. I still get pain in my hip and sometimes I can hardly walk after a long ride, sometimes the nerves also get to me but the thrills far outweighs any aches and pain. Keep at it, you`ll get there

Thanks for the words of encouragement
![]() If I didn't have bikes, then I would be duller than I am now, which is hard to believe ![]() ![]() ![]()
