for the curvy it is a wire cut.
for the pointy it is a wire cut and a resistor install. there is a link on the main site on how to do both. when i fitted mine there was no cutting wires, just change 2 connecters the wires just unclip from their blocks and just clip into the new connecter blocks.
  still can't get onto the site sorry.

I have the same one from ebay, no cutting wires just plug and play, but you can do it for free (well almost) if you follow the links on my last post and then that does involve cutting wires.
