i had a whhite power shock on my RM250 moto-x they are pretty well known for off roaders, i did not know they also did road bike shocks

I reckon the WP/Ohlins/Showa/(insert your shock name here) that you see used in MotoGP, World Supers etc etc are far from the product that you or I can buy off the shelf. Half the success is not down to the actual shock anyway, its in the skill of setup and tuning to the conditions and rider style. If you're serious about a good quality shock there's quite a good selection across the board for about the same price range. I've just been through this myself and was spoilt for choice. I had WP USD forks on my KTM and a WP rear shock , once I`d got them set up that was one very sorted bike and brought smiles per miles in abundance

That's very cheap. But then mine was ?50, and turned out to need over ?200 work to get it servicable, because the main shaft needed rechromed or replaced (it had a lot of other issues to be fair, that's just what pushed it over the edge)
