thanks gain chris.

yeah that sounds like good idea. i dont find the suspension much of a problem as i dont weigh much i just want to make it a little stiffer and get rid of some of the dive under breaking. i dont want to go to the full extent of a front end swap just yet.

8 stone? ZOMG!11!! Fit pen springs, that'll be sufficient.

The preload adjusters are a wee bit of a waste of money in some ways, you very rarely adjust front preload... For me, they were never touched once I had the sag right, which took about 20 minutes. But they did make that adjustment much easier, doing it with a pipecutter would be timeconsuming and pretty annoying all considered. I got my K2 ones from my Suzuki dealer, as well as the adjustable caps you also either need the tubes, or you need to shorten the stock ones. You also need the spacer, or to find one from somewhere else, as the stock one has a hole in but the K2 one needs a solid one. Hacksawing steel tube is a pain in the bum, a pipe cutter would be nice or a bandsaw or similiar... I just bought the shorter tubes from Suzuki

If I remember correctly, you need the adjusters and washer. Then cut 13mm from the old tubes.

As said previously, there is no need for adjusters once sag has been correctly set.
