If u dont like it on seeing it you will get a neg.

shut acccount. Nothing lost.

No need as sellers can't neg you anymore.

Anyway I would have no hesitation in bidding to win this auction and then collect in person (as you're coming to london) and only pay if it is as described.

I would give him the benefit of the doubt that he's been away for Bank holiday & hasn't posted a pic yet or replied to emails.

Feedback looks good & too high to be false.

Hmm, I sold a guitar at the end of february and I do have the option to leave negative feedback for the buyer. I thought the new changes were more about retaliatory feedback?

BTW, I'd happily bid on that and pay by paypal, I've always had good results with the paypal protection in the event of items going wrong, and his description is very clear.

Oh well I could be wrong - it's just my understanding of what they were trying to bring in. Not that I've any practical experience of it.

Mate, if you can't trust someone with 474 and 100% feedback then who can you trust??

He's had 45 in the last month and they all look good.

No alarm bells ringing here...

It was just the lack of picture and lack of communication - Didn't set alarm bells ringing - Was just cautious at buying something blind from someone who would respond to any questions!

Didn't win it anyway - There was someone else just a little bit keener than me

Luke, I'll ask up the road at my local Triumph dealer for you. My mate Olie Linsdell's family own the place and there may well be one kicking around somewhere, or they may have a spare for last year's race bike.

Do you need any other bodywork parts while I'm there? They've stripped 2 or 3 for racing so there should be some stuff left over.
