Now go find a tunnel or two. After i fitted mine and the baffle fell out all roads seemed to lead to Manchester Airport and the 2 runway tunnels. OMG the noise

sorry about all the questions but been thinking of gettin one but undecided
Got it a couple a years ago now from ebay, about £50.
Sorry no pics as I don't know how to upload them yet but....

I beleive its a genuine suzuki item but not sure if they still make them?
As far as comfort goes well I would say its definately more comfortable than standard although in my opinion this is more down to the shape than the gel seat being 'softer'. It's much more rounded on the sides and doesn't dig in like the standard one.

I think for real comfort you need one of the Bagster seats, what about this>
EDIT (not sure what model its for though??)

Still waiting for the baffle to fall out on mine
To be honest it seems good as it is, maybe a trip to Dartford Tunnel in the weekn then!

Think the baffle will stay in as don't want to annoy the neighbours too much!

Nuts to the neighbors.

Just take the bolt out of the baffle and backfire it a bit, it'll soon come out!*

*just kidding, this isn't really good for the bike

you getting me concerned now, I take it its "normal" for the can to make popping and rumbling? sounds on decelaration etc? Did this quite a bit earlier (was running good as ever mind)

Nah that's fine, by "backfiring it" I meant flicking the killswitch to cause backfires intentionally!

Once again I repeat I'm not responsible for any implications for your engine if you do this.

Some popping and rumbling on the overrun is perfectly normal.

oh thats good. no its not actually backfiring luckily. I will keep an eye (ear) on it and if I feel its necessary get the standard ECU remapped. Although Fuel say that you shouldn't need to do this anyway so all should be good.

No it's far more likely to be the PAIR system, this injects air into the exhaust to clean up the exhaust gas for emissions purposes.

Extra weight, but it sounds cool!

DEFINATELY 'let' the baffle fall out. it'll be another total change!! you'll love it even more!! you won't annoy the neighbours too much, just roll right off the throtle nice and early/cut the engine and you'll have no troubles. or carry the baffle under the seat and if coming home late at night put it in before you ride home. though once you take it out the only time you'll ever put it back in is for MOT time
