Tried to order, the go designs site added 17.5 % VAT which was ok, went to pay through paypal and it tried to add another 17.5 %, taking the cost up a little, so cancelled am I missing something here? Is it just a glitch in the matrix
 ?

Also tried to order, crapped out at the paypal stage "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" twice

fixed the double vat problem
 zero vat in the shopping cart and vat added during the paypal payment. More likely than not we'll be signing up to a dedicated payment gateway in the coming weeks. Paypal is ok for the time being but it's far from perfect...I'm able to connect to the paypal website ok rictus, do you have a firewall or some kind of software like peerguardian which might be stopping paypal dead in its tracks?
