thats wot i used for it i near a 100% sure its a 12mm you need for it.


if you dont have a 12mm allen key get a 12mm nut or bolt say you get a 12mm nut thread it on 2 a bolt any size as long as it gose on then stick the 12mm side into the wheel spindle and get a socket or spanner for wot ever size the bolt is and that also dose the job.

Yeah its 12mm. Go down to halfords and buy one of these.



It just slots onto a 1/2" drive, making it much easier to use. Plus this makes it easier for re-torquing.

So for a front wheel removal you need;

12mm allen key on a 1/2" drive for the wheel spindle. Re-Torqued to 60Nm
14mm socket for the brake caliper bolts. Re-Torqued to 40Nm
12mm socket for the spindle pinch bolt. Re-Tored to something daft like 12Nm

The size you need for a pointy is 12 mm not sure if a curvey is the same.
