The boots are awesome, apart from the 2 zips are sewn to velco which is sewn to the leather and it's actually the velcro that has torn in the middle LOL. Gone on both boots

Had them 2 years but I not been riding for a year so have hardly been worn, as I didnt ride alot before. Don't know how to go about warranty as I think they should only be convered for a year.

£260 will buy me some more LOL

I don't think they are limited by a 1 yr warranty - just say they were a gift (which they were) & you don't know where they came from.
Good luck

+1, but they are still OK in all but the heaviest rain. I never clean or treat them so that might be my own fault. I have also worn through the leather on my gear change foot where I up-shift, but I do seem to manage that on all my boots. I got them for £40 at the NEC so all in all not bad value really. They are comfy enough to walk round in all day.

Do you both mean these boots mentioned in the deal or other ones?

Thanks for all the replies.

Do the boots offer much protection? They would be for my misses to use as pillion and I'll never take her out in the rain so it doesn't matter that they are waterproof. Whats the sizing like? Big, small or spot on your normal size?

Any other info on the gloves? Are they comfortable? Lots of protection?

Protection is OK, but they are not armored or anything like that (hence the comfort). The sole is reasonably stiff but they have no real ancle protection other than the leather. Size wise, I take a 10.5 UK which is usual for me so I'd say the sizing is about right.

I bought those boots, and have used them in all weathers from January this year, my feet have stayed both warm and dry.

Saying that, the sole has started to come away from the upper under the arch of one foot (and still waterproof!), which I'll have ago at glueing myself before sending them back if I've any further problems. I'd recommend them!

Ordered the boots and gloves, along with these buffalo's for £15. All turned up today, all seems nice and fits well.

These gloves are an absolute bargain! Very similar to my Alpinestarts GP Pros.
The GP3s.
