The large number of 675 Daytona engines that drink oil (and subsequently go pop). The slightly different version of this engine in the street triple is supposed to be a bit better in this respect, but I would still keep a closer than normal eye on the oil consumption. In any event, they're new enough that most of these problems should reveal themselves and be sorted within the warranty period so I'd not worry about it unduly.

They're a highly strung engine, a bit of oil consumption isn't really a worry...

Anyway Daz on the AR had the one with the arrow pipe, sounded very nice and talking to him after a couple of pints resulted in the following in depth review of performance and useabilty:

"Sportsbikes, $hit. Trumpet's spot on"

He's DazR6 on here because funnily enough he had an R6 before
