Im pretty sure they cant do that if it is at your house... Well not legally anyway.

again, i am presuming its on the public road, not in the garden & my premise also calls for police officers that are complete tossers.

This is really pants....It sounds like your not loaded, like me, and I would be gutted if this happened to me. All i can say is too many swear words

Gutted for you mate but atleast you have fully comp which will cover the majority of the cost of getting another bike, never the same I know.

nah i'v reported it to police ad have a crime number, and the bike was on my yard so private land. Police dont have right to remove a vehicle without a reg plate...only aloud to remove a vehicle without road Tax....

Just depends on what the insurance offers me to what i get. Will most likely be another SV. I absolutley loved mine...... I misss her
