Just drink loads of water before you go to sleep and have a bottle of water beside you. You won't feel anywhere near as bad in the morning.
The hard part is remembering to do it when you're pished

This is why you have a hangover. I can't believe anyone would drink such a foul combination of booze and admit it!

Stick to beer and whisky. It may not leave you feeling any better, but at least you don't have to admit to drinking apple sours and baileys!

There are two things you need when you have a hang over.
Water and salt (big greasy fry up)
Alcohol is a diuretic and encourages the removal of minerals such as salt.
So plenty to drink and a fry up will sort you right out.
Oddly though sometimes I enjoy a good hangover as long as I dont have to do anything I might add haha
